Dedicated Recruitment Service for a large shipbuilding company

  • This client is one of the largest shipbuilding companies in the world, with over 20,000 employees. The client needed urgent fulfillment of the most in-demand talents in one of their tier 2 locations in the US. 

The TaskForce team was able to carry out Dedicated Recruitment Service (DRS), gathering 600 plus candidates in the pipeline in mere 2 weeks. Crafted extensive talented mapping strategy, client was satisfied with the candidates.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing for the automotive sector

  1. This client is a leader in the automatic data capture and process automation markets. 

The client needed to recruit in multiple locations worldwide, including the US, Italy, Singapore, and India. The Taskforce team implemented RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing ), integrated the client’s internal platform and process, and coordinated  cross-regions, delivered over 40 assignments, and filled more than 90% with consultants from the TaskForce’s offices around the globe.

TaskForce was deployed for a major automotive producer to set up the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) recruiting process for two production plants, within a defined time frame of 4 months in Mexico.  Taskforce successfully completed a total of 150 assignments in 3 years, with  97% placement rate, and an average of 4 weeks scouting time. 

Recruitment for tech-heavy positions at large scale

  • This client was facing difficulties to recruit tech-heavy engineers, designers, developers to work onsite. Taskforce implemented multi-channel recruiting with digital campaigns with a dedicated team of 5 consultants, overseeing the project from search, onboarding, to human resource strategies, and planning with the client’s internal team.
