Responsibilities:
- As part of major international projects, you will contribute your HR process and technology knowledge to the implementation of cloud-based human resource solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, etc;
- Based on proven methods, you will develop creative solutions that support efficient HR processes at our customers and give them a competitive edge;
- Depending on your previous experience, you will be responsible for team or project management.
Requirements:
- Project management experience, preferably in a relevant subject area, as well as practical experience in HR implementation projects
- Process knowledge in the HR environment and know-how in various cloud-based SAP human resources solutions;
- Strong communication skills in German and English;
- Traveling;
- A high level of problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
